So, if you find any that’s high-quality and worth sharing, feel free to let me know in Discord or leave a comment! I’ve included everything from male cc hair to male cc clothes to male shoes cc and even male underwear cc!Įverything is maxis match cc (or blends well with the game) and free to download.Īnd I did my very best to add diversity to this list with cc for black male sims because I know it’s something you guys request and something I’m always looking for, but there isn’t NEARLY enough in the world of maxis match. If you don’t want to waste too much time on your male sims in CAS, but you still want them to look as good as your female sims, then you NEED this list of the BEST male cc. Some of the female ones work sometimes, but the majority fo them are to feminine to work for every sim.Want to save this list? Click here to pin it! [I would love more long ganging male hairs. Most of the male hairs look like soccer players hairstyles, while the clothing looks like hipster. I'd like to see more loose hanging hair that's actually long. I don't like how most of the cuts are either up in a bun or braided. It'd be need to see hairlines recede especially around the temples from young adult to adult, etc.

It's like every male sim, regardless of age, has the full head of hair of a teenager. Not many of the male haircuts follow traditional male hair loss patterns. More messy, less clean/symmetric haircuts and styles.Ī big one for me is hairlines. Clothes that guys who aren't in a college frat or a hipster would wear.

Some baggier jeans, darker colors for a lot of the shirts, less flamboyant color mixes for ever swatch. I wish they would add more 'masculine' men's clothing options. It offers sims the ability to have GLBT sims, which is great, or straight sims that are creative and quirky, but if you're trying to make a conservative, straight man, you can't look to women's clothing as an option. I love that they made all clothing options available to men and women, but having the option for a man to wear women's clothing is NOT a solution. It is very weird there are no body hair options.

I would love more CAS items for men though. As people have mentioned in this post, the lack of men's clothing reflects real life, so too the importance of a woman's appearance is reflected as well. This comes down to the way society has always made a woman's appearance her most important asset whereas for men it's not as important. Almost all of my sims wear CC clothing, both men and women because even though women have way more CAS options, I still find most of it boring. This has always bothered me in the sims and that's why I use CC so much. I'm a woman and I totally agree with you. They pander to the players who want to play a clean and idealized version of realism all the time (*cough*Freaking Laundry Stuff Pack*cough*), it's time to pander to the weirdos more! #KiltsAndAnimeHair2018 I want rat-tails, I want mullets, I want jackets with chains and junk hanging off of them, and studded collars, and cut-off gloves with metal studs over the knuckles, and crazy piercings, and lower back-length ponytales, and Steampunk everything, and hair that looks like the only way it could possibly be possible is if you use a hundred dollars worth of hair product every morning to maintain that insanity!! Whenever I want to dress a guy to look really punk or like a flashy anime protagonist, I always need to hunt for CC to avoid repeating stuff I've used a million times already because 99% of the game's official offerings are so safe and bland.like every Ken doll ever made except that one that everyone thought was gay. Also, edgier styles of clothing, accessories, and hair are pretty lacking. Honestly, we could use some kilts and robes for the guys.
